Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Astrovive Technology (Hong Kong) Limited (we) handles personal data when you visit or use LiteSite, its official template demos, and private Previews. It does not govern third-party services or a production website after you download it or publish it to your account.

Data we process

We process account and contact details; sign-in and legal-acceptance records; project settings; website addresses you ask us to import; files, images, text, and other materials you submit or import; AI inputs and generated results; Preview and production-package records; AI Points and task history; order, payment-status, receipt, refund, and dispute records; Cloudflare account, domain, authorization, and deployment details; support communications; and technical, security, and product-usage data such as IP address, browser or device information, referring page, timestamps, and actions taken in LiteSite. Materials may include personal data about you or other people, so submit only what you are authorized to use.

Where data comes from

We receive data directly from you and your browser, from sign-in, payment, deployment, hosting, analytics, and support providers, and from public pages and media at a website address you direct LiteSite to import. A website import is limited to publicly reachable content, but you remain responsible for having authority to collect and use it.

Why we use data

We use data to create, translate, preview, sell, deliver, and support websites; authenticate users; administer accounts, AI Points, orders, refunds, and user-authorized deployments; communicate about the service; measure and improve reliability and product use; protect users, rights, and LiteSite; prevent fraud and abuse; and meet accounting, dispute, and legal duties. For unpaid Previews, we also process limited technical and entitlement signals necessary to verify authorized use and investigate suspected abuse. Where applicable, we rely on performance of our contract, consent where requested, compliance with law, and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, balanced against your rights.

AI processing

When you request an AI feature, the project materials, instructions, and related context needed for that feature may be sent to AI processing providers, and their output is returned to LiteSite for your review. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data or personal data you are not permitted to process. LiteSite does not use customer materials to train models owned by LiteSite unless you give explicit consent. Third-party providers handle data under the terms and safeguards that apply to their services; we do not promise that every provider follows the same retention practices.

When we disclose data

We disclose only data reasonably needed to providers and advisers that support AI processing, hosting and storage, email, authentication, payments, analytics and conversion measurement, security, support, and user-authorized deployment. This can include Cloudflare, Stripe, Google when you choose Google sign-in or use Google-provided measurement, and X when conversion measurement is enabled. Stripe receives card, billing, and tax details directly; LiteSite does not store full card numbers. We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in a business reorganization, or at your direction. We do not sell customer project materials or receive money for personal data.

Previews, downloads, and published websites

Project materials and Previews are not public by default, although anyone you authorize to access a Preview may see its contents. When you download a package or authorize publication to your Cloudflare account, you control that copy and its audience. LiteSite cannot recall downloaded files or independently remove a site from your third-party account. A delivered production package does not include LiteSite account login, a form backend, or LiteSite analytics by default. If you later add forms, analytics, embeds, cookies, or other services, you are responsible for the privacy notice and legal basis for your site visitors.

Cookies and measurement

LiteSite uses cookies and similar storage needed for sign-in, sessions, security, private Preview access, and language preferences. On the official production service and official template demos, analytics and conversion technologies may measure visits, referrals, feature actions, and campaign outcomes; enabled providers may receive online identifiers and device, browser, and activity data and may set or read their own cookies. These measurement tools are not included in customer production packages by default. You can use browser or provider controls and, where applicable, contact us to exercise an opt-out right. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or private Preview access.

International processing

LiteSite is operated from Hong Kong, and we and our providers may process data in Hong Kong and other places where they operate. Where applicable law requires it, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers. You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

Retention and deletion

We retain each category only for the service, security, accounting, dispute, or legal purpose for which it is needed. Temporary Previews expire, and production packages remain downloadable only for the period displayed in LiteSite. Project materials and generated content are generally kept while the project or account remains active and through reasonable cleanup and backup cycles. Transaction, refund, legal-acceptance, security, and support records may be kept longer where needed for law or claims. Deleting an eligible project or making a privacy request does not erase records we must retain, other people's data, backups immediately, or copies already downloaded or published to a third-party account.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to limit unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration of personal data, including access controls and protection for data in storage and transit as appropriate. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting access to your email, account, Preview links, downloaded packages, and connected third-party accounts, and should tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.

Children

LiteSite is intended for people acting in a professional or business context who can enter into a binding agreement. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorization.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability; withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing; opt out of certain sharing or targeted measurement; or complain to your local data-protection authority. You may delete eligible projects in LiteSite and disconnect LiteSite in Cloudflare to stop future access to that account. Contact us for account closure or other requests. We may verify identity and authority, and a request remains subject to legal exceptions and the rights of others.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as LiteSite, our practices, or legal requirements change. The date shown at the top identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or request fresh consent when required for a material change.
