This policy explains how Astrovive Technology (Hong Kong) Limited collects and uses personal data when you use LiteSite.

Data we process

We process account and contact details; files, images, and text you submit; generated content; project and task records; payment, order, receipt, and refund records; Cloudflare account, domain, authorization, and deployment details; support messages; and limited technical data such as IP-derived security signals, browser information, and activity logs. Stripe receives payment and tax details directly, and LiteSite does not store full card numbers.

Why we use data

We use this data to create and deliver websites, authenticate users, process purchases and support requests, enable user-authorized deployment, protect LiteSite from abuse, diagnose failures, keep required business records, and comply with law. To prevent unpaid Previews from being copied, deployed, or kept in use without authorization, LiteSite may use technical measures to detect Preview use outside an authorized environment and process limited technical information needed to identify, verify, and investigate that use. We do not sell personal data or use uploaded materials for advertising.

Service providers

We share only the data needed with providers that help run LiteSite, including AI processing providers, Cloudflare for storage, previews and user-authorized deployment, Stripe for payments, Google if you choose Google sign-in, and email and infrastructure providers. These providers process data under their own terms or our instructions, as applicable.

Cookies

LiteSite uses necessary cookies for sign-in, security, private previews, and your language choice. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

Where data is processed

LiteSite and its providers may process data in Hong Kong and other locations where they operate. Where required, we use contractual or other reasonable safeguards for cross-border processing.

Retention

Temporary previews expire automatically, and production packages are retained for the period displayed in LiteSite. Other account, project, source, transaction, deployment, security, and support records are kept only while reasonably needed for the service, accounting, disputes, security, or legal obligations. A deletion request does not remove records we must retain or content already downloaded or published to a third-party account.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Private files require authenticated or signed access, Cloudflare authorization credentials are encrypted at rest, and application logs are designed to exclude source materials and authentication secrets. No service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may ask the LiteSite Data Protection Contact to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may disconnect LiteSite in Cloudflare to revoke future access to that account. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when LiteSite or its providers change. The version shown at the top identifies the policy that is currently in effect.
