Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and Astrovive Technology (Hong Kong) Limited, the operator of LiteSite. By creating an account, accepting these terms, or using LiteSite, you agree to them.

Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use LiteSite for a company, client, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it and to act for the people whose materials or personal data you provide. LiteSite is intended for professional and business use, including professional personal websites.

What LiteSite provides

LiteSite turns documents, images, text, and an existing public website you choose to import into an AI-assisted multilingual static-site draft. A temporary, restricted Preview lets you review the draft before payment; it expires and is not a production deliverable. A successful one-time purchase covers the confirmed project version and creates an immutable production package that you can download and host, or publish to your own Cloudflare account when that option is available. LiteSite does not provide long-term production hosting by default.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your email account, sign-in links, sessions, and connected accounts secure, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your own copy of paid packages. Do not share access in a way that bypasses account, entitlement, or usage limits.

Your materials and website imports

You retain responsibility for everything you upload, import, instruct LiteSite to generate, approve, download, or publish. You confirm that you have all rights, notices, consents, and permissions needed for text, images, logos, marks, personal data, and other materials. Only direct LiteSite to import a public website you are authorized to use; do not use Website Import to access restricted, private, credential-protected, or unlawfully copied content. You are responsible for the final website and compliance where you and its audience are located.

AI output and your review

AI-generated or selected text, translations, images, SEO metadata, page structure, and visual results are drafts. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsuitable, non-unique, or similar to third-party material. You must review facts, claims, rights, privacy, accessibility, and legal or professional requirements before publication. LiteSite does not guarantee accuracy, originality, intellectual-property protection, regulatory compliance, search ranking, or business results and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice.

Rights, license, and delivered code

You keep your rights in materials you provide and grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process them only as needed to operate, secure, support, and deliver LiteSite. After payment you may use, modify, and host the production package. To the extent LiteSite owns transferable rights in content generated specifically for that package, we assign those rights to you. LiteSite's service, software, templates, brand, and know-how remain ours; third-party components and materials remain subject to their licenses and rights. AI output may not qualify for intellectual-property protection everywhere.

Payment, AI Points, and delivery

Stripe processes the one-time price and currency shown at checkout for the confirmed project version and production package. Applicable taxes, conversion charges, domains, and third-party hosting are separate unless checkout says otherwise. Payment locks that project version; later changes may require a new draft and purchase. AI Points are non-transferable service credits with no cash value. LiteSite shows the points required before an eligible AI task; completed tasks consume them, while platform failures are handled under the displayed product rules. Promotional or included points are not a bank balance, stored value, or separate purchased product. Download and keep the package before its displayed retention period ends.

Refunds

Before payment, no charge exists. After payment and before the production ZIP is downloaded or Cloudflare deployment begins, you may request a refund review. After download or deployment, refunds are not guaranteed except for a verified LiteSite platform failure or where applicable law requires otherwise. Requests are reviewed individually, approval is not automatic, and a refund or payment dispute may pause or end undelivered access.

Third-party services and publication

AI providers, Stripe, Google, Cloudflare, domain registrars, hosts, and other third parties have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and fees. LiteSite does not sell domains or operate your Cloudflare account. When you authorize deployment, LiteSite acts on your instruction in the account you select. Disconnecting stops future LiteSite access but does not remove a site already published there. LiteSite is not responsible for third-party changes, outages, suspension decisions, or content outside its control.

Acceptable use

Do not use LiteSite to break the law or another person's rights; deceive, impersonate, harass, exploit, or defame; process personal data without authority; create harmful or misleading claims; distribute malware; probe or interfere with security or availability; scrape or reverse engineer the service unlawfully; evade limits or payment; or help others do so. Do not copy, deploy, remove notices from, or keep using an unpaid Preview outside its authorized environment. We may investigate reported abuse and remove or restrict access where reasonably necessary.

Changes, suspension, and ending use

LiteSite is provided as available and may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud, legal requirements, security risk, or harm to users, third parties, or the service. You may stop using LiteSite and may delete eligible draft projects; contact support for account closure. Ending use does not cancel accrued payment duties, restore consumed AI Points, recall downloads, remove a third-party deployment, or eliminate records that the Privacy Policy says we retain. Download paid packages promptly.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LiteSite and its outputs are provided without implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, lost profit or data, your content or publishing decisions, or third-party failures. Our total liability for claims relating to a paid production package will not exceed the amount you paid LiteSite for that package. Nothing excludes liability, remedies, or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Service availability by region

LiteSite is offered to professional and business users in supported markets outside Mainland China and is not marketed as a service for use from Mainland China. A language option or technical accessibility does not mean the service is offered or lawful everywhere. You may use LiteSite only where permitted, and we may limit access when reasonably necessary for law, provider restrictions, security, or operation.

Governing law and general terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and disputes are subject to the courts of Hong Kong, without removing mandatory rights that apply to you. Translations are for convenience; if they conflict, the English version controls. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver, and you may not transfer this agreement without our consent.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, provider, legal, or risk changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. We will give additional notice or request renewed acceptance when required. Changes do not retroactively alter the confirmed price or delivered rights of a completed order unless law requires it.
